Art Experience Day

5th March 2020

On Thursday the whole school was lucky enough to take part in art experiences inspired by Annis Joslin, our school grounds and the forest.

Annis Joslin is an artist and filmmaker with a dual commitment to educational work, participatory arts practice and creative output. She makes films and documentaries for galleries and museums. She has worked with The British Museum, The Women’s Library, The National Trust, Glyndebourne, Photoworks, Brighton Photo Biennial and Lighthouse, Brighton. She also works regularly with the nationally celebrated Project Artworks, engaging with people with complex needs in a range of experimental art projects

She uses different approaches to generate works of art, including drawing, animation, photography, video and story-telling to create lens-based digital artwork for galleries, museums, community situations and online.
